These Gherkin plants grow through the Summer months, all you need is a sunny site with compost rich, well watered garden bed.

Once they are fruiting, check your plant daily to pick them to pickle up. They grow big surprisingly fast!
Harvest when just 5cm long for tiny sweet pickles or at full size 12 to 15cm for robust dills and spears.
