Like you, shipping costs do affect our purchase decisions! We have tried to source the best packaging and delivery options that we can.

This extends to reducing the amount of waste you have to deal with after receiving your parcel by using compostable bags, cardboard packaging and re-using (horrid) bubble wrap (please try and re-use this too!).

We do not charge you the full postage and packaging fee we are charged, though as we are a small home-based business located in a small town, it is essential that we on-charge some cost. (My own personal trick is to shop savvy and see what other items you can add the your cart to make the shipping costs seem more worthwhile!)

SMALL BAG

Small / singular items only, for example: seeds, candle holders, crystals, balms, essences.
Full order must fit within a bag sized 210 mm x 99mm x 13cm or additional charges will apply.

Nationwide courier, tracked  –  $12.50
Rural nationwide courier, tracked  –  $12.50

LARGER PARCELS

For example: Wood art prints, seasonal calendars, beeswax candle kits.

North Island delivery, tracked  –  $12.00
Rural North Island delivery, tracked  – $17.50

South Island delivery, tracked  –  $15.00
Rural South Island delivery, tracked  – $20.50

BULK ORDERS

Items can be combined for delivery to a group, school, ECE etc.
Calendars can be combined within the ‘larger parcel’ pricing (above).
The pricing below is based on a box size of 24cm x 42cm x 42cm, which would fit approx. 10 wood art prints.

DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 2 business days for standard items. Items purchased as part of a fundraising activity will be sent following the specified time period. Our to keep costs down, we use a combination of New Zealand Post and Pass the Parcel services. All parcels will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your item is sent. Please allow 7 working days to receive your order, following the tracking number having been sent to you. Please be aware this time frame can vary at busier times such as Christmas, or may at times be affected by Covid restrictions.
Please email us at hello@paitu.co.nz if your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days following your email acknowledgement you received when your item was dropped off to post shop / courier depot.
